Yeast comes through in the flavor. The palate is clean and the finish is crisp. I think the only time most people drink this stuff is when they’re eating either sushi or teppanyaki. Good local place if you are ever in the area. Not too fancy and big rolls. BMC or Sapporo? WTF, get me a Sapporo. Pours dark golden with a fizzy white head., looks like a pale lager (more color than BMC though). Aroma of yeast and pale malts. For a pale lager, this actually had some flavor. The finish actually had some spicy bitterness and a wisp of alchohol. Enough flavor to enjoy but not interfere with my sushi. This is way better than most american pale lagers. Like with automobiles, the Japanese have taken the pale lager and made a better version that the americans. theisti (1680), Leawood, Kansas, USA

Mine was brewed in Canada. In all honesty I would rather have the Canadian macro swill, they have more taste and character mansquito (834), Boston/Philadelphia, USA

A nice taste on the palate, with a pale body. I actually really like the taste, so even though, this isn’t the really best beer you can get, I would have no problem drinking it again (in fact I might right now).
