22oz can that resembles some sort of military ammunition. Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow body with a fizzy, finger-width, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lace. Aroma is sweeter, pale, grainy, corn malts with a touch of fruit and very lager-like. Flavor is pale, semi-sweet malts, grainy, light floral hop bitterness, and a somewhat sour corn. Finishes quick, dry, and leaves a semi-sweet, pale malty aftertaste. Palate is thin, but smooth and crisp. Overall, a boring pale lager, but more taste than a typical BMC release. Quaffable in bulk.

Draft, paired with sushi. This relatively non-bitter lager was quite good, if aroumatically deficient. It went with the wasabi pretty well. I would order this again if nothing better was on tap (and I wouldn’t mind too much).

Bottle. Poured a clear yellow with a fair amount of carbonation. Flavor was light and clean, but not a lot to it. Worked fine with sushi, where you don’t want your drink to dominate the taste buds. Drinkable and inoffensive.

Aroma was yeasty and had a slight floral hop presence. Appearance was golden and moderately carbonated, with small head. Flavor was mostly light floral hops, but there was a tangy orange note as well. Palate was bubbly. Not bad for a macro pale lager.

Overall Impression: It’s an OK, not very exciting pale lager from Japan, straw colored, and boring, but sometimes you just have to order one with Asian food.

Straw coloured. White head, really tall but thin and dissipated quickly. Not much aroma, not much aftertaste, not much regular taste. Pretty boring. 650ml can

Can. What you expect from pale lagers from japan, there more about pallet cleansing then flavor, much like american lagers/pilsners(macros)

Bottle, 998th for this brew. Light grass nose, pale yellow-golden color Taste sweet and malty with seeming corn. Medium-fullish body. Light carbonation. Generic pale lager that does not offend - though I think one’s my limit.
