Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration .... zzzzz boring. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

May 19, 2005 Bottled as Sapporo Premium lager 4,7%. Pale yellow colour, small bubbly head. Maize and hayish malt flavour. Also hints of cooked vegetables. Malty and hayish but turns into bizarre unpleasant sweetness in finish.
