Orange tinged gold coor with a white head that collapsed, but left some lacing. Medium+ mouthfeel; low carbonation; sort of a warm malt foundation, and there is definitely some decent pilsener type hop in the finish. If it was not quite so malty, and had a bit more hop, I’d think it actually was a pilsener. Way better than Bud. BREWMUSKCLES (1091), New Jersey, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 30, 2007 A bit richer than it’s premium draft version. This beer has more malt and more body. Overall it is very similar to the regular Sapporo. Good with sushi... When else would you drink it? pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 28, 2007 Body is a nice gold hue, thick fluffly white head. Aroma is lightly maltly, with corn, very light hops in the background. Taste is decent, easy drinking, not overcarbonated, taste has a light hop content, light caramel note, with the malts playing through. Pretty good for a ’premium lager.’ beisen (90), California, USA

Not great, but not bad for a can. Pours gold with a tall fizzy head. Goes down relatively smooth, but has a bit of skunkiness. JohnnyJ (1353), Carlsbad, California, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 7, 2007 This brew is not so bad, nothing special just your average malt liquor on a saturday night a touch of light continental hops, with very light malts fortunately no rice sweetness. Not bad but noot great.
