medium golden yellow, big head, lots of lacing. nice maulty aroma. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is of light-medium roasted malts - lots of malts. light hoppy finish that is overall pretty smooth.notes of toasted wheat bread, corn and dough. Overall a nice light bodied beer - I would have no problem having this again.

Ick. This smells, like...ick... It looks shitty. Too thin, on all accounts. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but it’s not terrible.

With great shame, I purchased and drank this beer in honor of the Super Bowl, where cheap lagers runneth over in the chalices of avid sports fans. Without a TV and without interest, I drink this to honor my manliness and American-ness while writing a paper. What’s there to say? The can is a great design, but it tastes corny and thin. In fact, it doesn’t taste bad. It just tastes like water. Too bad I didn’t just have a glass of water. Maybe this is better when watching Japanese baseball games.

This beer has a rice type quality that gives is a slight sharpness from the original Sapporo. The beer also has a malt liquor bite which will hit you if your not careful. It is drinkable and flavorful and definetly goes well with Asian food. Overall, a good brew, but I wish it had a better appearance. It is slightly cloudy whihc really takes away a lot of the top quality of the beer to me.

Nice clear gold with fair white head, mild bitterness from beginning to end, a bit watery, wouldn’t recommend...but the can looks great.

A- Pours a clear golden straw hue with small white head that is mostly diminishing, very little in terms of lacing S- Fairly clean and simple nose of non-descript grain malts and a touch of hop sweetness T- Refreshing and clean taste dominate by very slightly sweetened malts, some floral and herbal tones in the background as well as earthy flavors, finish is dry and quickly dissipates M- Light-bodied, watery texture, adequate carbonation D- If I could give this beer extra credit, it would be for drinkability, this is clean and refreshing with a nice full, simple malt flavor, I would place this at the top of my session beer list and think this is a great choice for a summer beach beer

Pours VERY high soapy head with large bubbles. Nicely clear. Light yellow body. Not nearly as much carbonation as I’d expect from a beer of this type. Not the greatest of aromas. Not distracting unless you purposely try and catch a whiff for a beer rating! Flavor swings to the malt side of the spectrum, but not overly malty. Hops? I guess they’re in there. Clean palate. I bought a couple of bottles to wash the guacamole down while watching the Super Bowl, and happened to have one left for this rating. Will buy again when I’m looking for something inexpensive and clean in flavor.
