This beer pours a darker color than regular Sapporo, which is something that you might expect from a beer called "reserve." This beer offers some up nice maltiness, which came to me as a baking bread aroma and flavor. More than I expected, but hardly terric. alobar (1056), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 20, 2008 Dark golden color with carbonation. Tall white head. Nil aroma-some hops and bread. Not much of a beer. Bradrcr (781), Renton, Washington, USA

Aroma is strangely a blend on noble hop flora and fresh baked whole grain bread. Appearance is clear gold with a low white head. Flavor is sour pils malt forward with a strong noble hop background and medium bittering. Mouthfeel is very low bodied with a medium/high carb texture. Overall, not very easy drinking, but more character than expected. ericandersnavy (1141), crossroads, Texas, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 24, 2008 22oz can poured into glass. Yellowish gold with a foamy white head. Malty aroma and not much else. Start of cereal malt taste that ends abruptly for not much of a finish. Overall nothing that stands out but an average beer to sip on. | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Oct 17, 2008 22oz can. Light gold with a sturdy white head. Herb, leaf, metal, and soap aroma. Slightly honeyish, crackery malts with an abrasively bitter herbal finish that really isn’t too bitter. Light body with lively carbonation. Not terrible, but the bitterness in the finish is not jelling with the watery malt profile. NJBeerman013 (786), Trenton, New Jersey, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 3, 2008 Can. Super Premium? not so much. Pours a straw yellow in color with a big white head. The aroma is malty, but not of filler corn/rice. It is a pretty clean, non-descript lager. The can, however is still almost indestructable, which is kind of cool. Gypsy19 (663), California, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 13, 2008 A predictably dull beer that surpasses American lager standards but is still completely forgettable. Drinkable, and nothing more. I should add that the can is made of a kevlar-titanium alloy; Virtually indestructible, crush-proof and ICBM-proof.
