jonno (542), Brisbane, Australia Apr 12, 2009 Very light pale lager nothing more nothing less. perhaps a little smoother than normal but overwise dead on average BeerBanzai (5), Funabashi-shi, Chiba-ken, Japan does not count Mar 25, 2009 White can (350ml and 500 ml). The taste is mild and sweet while regular Yebisu (gold can) has bitterness and sharp taste. Consisting of weizen(wheat) malt, barley malt and Bayern (Bavaria) aroma hop, it becomes delicate flavor and inherently weizen style lager. KyotoLefty (1371), Kyoto, Japan Mar 8, 2009 White can.
Mild, slightly sweet aroma with light aroma hopping and a bit of wheat malt. Slightly paler than thinner-looking than the regular. Flavor slightly sweet, with less bittering hops than usual, and a bit of fruity wheat malt. Very silky smooth, but it is almost annoyingly so. Too smooth and soft. Not bad, but kind of wimpy. The flavor is decent, though.
