As ususal good presentation. Nice light gold, complex aromas, excellent bubble action, good head and all around a good lager beer! The beer has a slight bitter after taste like the reserve at the end. Lots of aroma on German hops which is quite beautiful!! I luv the smell of beer!! Highly Recommended!! aroma, appearance, flavour and palate are all pilzneresque, with a little bit of sweet floral hop aroma, well made beer but nothing special. hopdog (5562), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Mar 7, 2004 Bottle. Definitely not a "stout" as I know one to be. It poured an average sized white head with fine-medium sized bubbles. The body was hazy and uncarbonated with a pale yellow hue. The nose was malty, hoppy and somewhat sweet. The flavor was nothing to write home about that's for sure. The mouthfeel was thin and this was a light bodied beer with no lacing. I definitely do not recommend this one, but then again, that's up to you.
