This tastes more like a typical German Dortmunder/Helles, except without the richness of the malt. There are a lot of hops and the hops have a German character to them...good, somewhat metallic, but not unpleasant. Moderately bitter; much more bitter than is typical for something called a "pale lager". The main thing lacking about this beer is that it is extremely thin, to the point of being very watery. Still, it’s a perfectly drinkable beer. There is no unpleasant sweetness the way there is in most pale lagers. kempicus (350), Wellington, New Zealand

Sweet malty aroma of corn/grain and some hops. Taste is similar with a fairly dry and bitter finish for a macro. Thankfully, it is without adjunct off flavors. jeremytoni (1122), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Apr 28, 2008 Can thanks to Garrett. Pours a light golden with a thick white head. The aroma was mostly a metallic skunk. The taste was malty and some bready sludge, this reminds me of so many lagers I’ve drank till I was sick. Not exactly bad memories, but beer wise, this was pretty bad. Dorwart (1828), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Apr 19, 2008 Good sized bright white head of fine bubbles. Reduces slowly to a sloppy rocky mess. Corn and dry uncooked rice in the aroma. Maybe some diaper in there also but not skunky at all. Color is a dark gold. Light carbonation. Pretty fizzy mouthfeel but a considerable malt body to this one. Much more than I expected. Light corn again a bit of sweetness. Pretty clean with a light bitterness. An ok lager. Has a little more body than most but not much else to brag about. BrewDad (2370), Olympia, Washington, USA

Aroma – Smelled skunked from the time it was open until it was drank. Very stale and light struck.
Appearance – Light golden yellow color, decent fluffy head and clear.
Flavor – A typical over brewed malt beer with very little flavor and very skunked in the flavor also.
Palate – Slick pale Mouthfeel, some texture with a bland dry finish.
Overall – Had to try it so I can add it to I have tried them all list. It was pretty nasty actually a very poor beer in my humble opinion.
