Cask gravity at St Albans BF 09. Gold, slight haze, thin white head. Pretty good premium golden ale. Good fullness on the pale malts. Decent biscuit flavour. Some citrus fruityness on finish. Little hop bitterness but good citrusy furit. Fine.

Cask in the three judges. Aroma is pale malts, nutty and peppery, theres some roasty character too but its a very pale beer. Taste is similar, it seems darker than what it actually is.

Cask Pale orange beer with B.C."H.". Very subdued nose, with just some unspecific malts. Very malty, even patisserie flavours, cookie notes, with a rather good UK hops ending. Light to medium bodied, rather thin for S. Hughes habits. Very surprising indeed, but all in all a nice beer.

Draught at Beacon Hotel, Sedgley. Pale brown with bubbly head. Quite a hoppy beer, almost tangy. Bitter and sweet at the same time, sweet malt flavours in the aftertaste.

Gravity, Maidstone Beer Fest Blondish colour. Whiskey marmalade flavour. A decent well balanced but largely unremarkable bitter. Some vanilla in the nose.
