Commercial Description:
A hop lover's delight! In the India pale ale tradition, this brew is very hoppy in both aroma and flavor from the generous amounts of Cascade hops used in brewing. Look for a medium to full body and golden straw color.

12oz bottle. Pours a copper/orange body with a gigantic, enormous (gigantinormous?) head. Off white, about 4 fingers thick and very sudsy. Leaves some impressive lcobweb acing as well. Good looking beer. Nose of soapy hops, citrus fruits, grass, pine and sweet caramel malts. Everything is a little muted compared to the best examples of the style, however. What is there is nice, and this beer has no noticeable flaws in the aroma department. Fore is fairly sweet with the caramel malts and citrus sweetness. Middle to back picks up a decent amount of bitterness and pine, along with some soapy hints. Finish is bitter, pine, citrus and malts. Lengthy. Medium bodied, could be a bit more oily for the style, but that’s a minor nitpick. This one is a bit underrated in my view, easy to drink and nothing glaring as far as flaws go.

A clear amber colored beer, with a thick foamy beige head. The aroma is hoppy with sweet. A little caramel and fruits like citrus. The taste is fruity with bitter and hints of sweet. The aftertaste is sweet moving over to bitter.

Bottle from Saranac Trail Mix variety 6-pack. Pours a clear copper amber color with a ton of lacing along the glass. Piney hop aroma and flavor with a decent amount of malt in the backbone. Nice amount of bitterness in the finish but the aftertaste is a bit short lived. Overall, not a bad IPA.

This IPA poured a clear golden colour with a pretty good, bright white head. Scents include spruce, floral hopps and citrus. Smells like a hoppy one. First swig is smooth and has a mellow hopp bite to it. Very nice. I’m suprized this one isn’t rated higher. Flavours of lemon citrus, juniper and honey are at the forefront. Slight hoppy bitterness until the end.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear golden IPA, but this not so intensive bitter as its English-counterparts, but nevertheless an great New York State IPA.

Bottle. Orange color. Oily hoparoma with red berries, slightly perfumed. Firm oily hopbitter flavor with earthy notes, red berries and melon. Long fairly rough earthy bitter aftertaste. Loads of hops just held together by the fruit.

12 oz Bottle -- Pours reddish amber with a foamy white head. Aromas of malt, apples, lemon, and pine hops. Nice spicy back-end but pretty thin on the mid-palate.

Bottled. Pretty standard IPA. Poured orange, some hops and otherwise pretty regular.
