| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Clear light brown with a little reddish color. Aroma is of malts, some hops, caramel, and a slight smoked scent in the back end. Taste has malt, hops, and a slight dried fruit taste. Leave a rather smooth aftertaste. Nothing too impressive, but it’s worth trying out. jjuf1853 (471), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Bottle from Saranac Trail Mix six pack. Pours a crystal clear copper amber color with a beige head. Good retention of lacing along the glass. Floral hop and roasted malt aroma. Initial flavor is more malty than hoppy but there is a fair amount of bitterness in the finish. Prickly carbonation in the mouthfeel. Decent overall, but I’m not too crazy about the somewhat bland aftertaste. beernovice39 (283), South Carolina, USA
