Dham148 (2), Port Charlotte, Florida, USA does not count Aug 12, 2007 If you don’t like this, I’ll personally punch your jaw. This is a beverage so great, it will be spoken of for years to come, grandparents will tell their grandchildren of the day they had the best porter known to mankind. hotstuff (3038), Indiana, USA Dec 26, 2003 Draft at Sarasota Brewing Co. in Sarasota, FL. This beer's appearance was an average sized tan head with fine-medium sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. The body was mostly opaque and uncarbonated with a dark brown hue. The nose was that of coffee and chocolate notes. The flavor tasted of coffee and the mouthfeel was smooth. This was a medium-full bodied Porter with good lacing. crizay (1070), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA Jan 22, 2006 Dark brown almost black tan head, great milk chocolatey flavor along with coffee/espresso, very smooth, awesome porter. thedm (3406), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Dec 20, 2003 TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 119. This draft brew was sampled at the brewery in Sarasota Florida. This brew poured a medium sized head of light brown colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a semi-opaque dark brown colored body with no visible carbonation. It had a nice brown malt aroma with coffee notes and a slightly tingly yet smooth mouthfeel. The flavor was a nice brown malt one with mild coffee. Once again, I find a brew that tastes nice, but falls short of having enough of that nice tasting flavor to be a great brew. IPFreely (1470), Niagara Falls, New York, USA Aug 22, 2004 Deep ruby, light brown head. Aroma of some chocolate, a little roasty. Flavor was roasty, some light coffee and chocolate and maybe even some lactic notes. Medium to full body, smooth. Nice.
