Aug 13, 2006 On tap @ the Brewery: Pours a golden amber in color with an off-white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy with hints of caramel and citrus. Flavor brought out the citrus in the hops leaving a slight hint of caramel in the sweet finish. Easy drinking and good!

Flavor, roasted malts, caramel, light bread mouthfeel with a nice hoppy finish.

Nov 26, 2005 Draft at brewpub. Pours a dark amber color with a medium head that diminished quickly. Heavy hoppy aroma. Medium body smooth texture. Good complex hoppy flavor with a moderate finish. Best of brews tasted.

Feb 13, 2005 Updated: Feb 21, 2005On tap at the brew pub. Poured a medium amber color with a small off white head. Aromas and tastes of caramel and citrus. Lightly sweet with a nice hoppy balance. One of the better beers I had there tonight.

Dec 16, 2004 I thought this was a rather nice offering.... Pours a nice golden / bronzy body. There is a great fusing of a sweet orange flavored honey malt and a citric, yet woodsy American hop finish. Ending is a crisp and dry honey and orange peel flavor…. Best beer from this brewery yet!

Nov 25, 2005 Aroma is fairly hoppy with a bit of malt beneath. Tea colored with a lazy white head. Hops dominate the fore then a rich caramel malt smoothness finishes the deal. Fairly basic, but fun ot drink.

Jan 22, 2006 Murky amber color with thin head, very hoppy bite to it along with some malt and caramel sweetness but not much, overall it was good.
