Pale lager, fizzy. Bugger all aroma, maybe some faint sweet malts. Soft palate, pleasant carbonation, sweet fruity, but chemical, retronasals. Taste pretty messed up at first, harsh and chemical, but once you’re innured to that, the body’s sweetly malty, and a tiny touch of ginger in places. The finish is metallic, and with drying bitterness completely devoid of any hoppiness. Not a disaster, but well short of being anything I’d chose to drink. Swedish lager sucks.

Another Swedish beer. Drinkable-- yellow to pale gold with a medium white head. Light body. Middle of the Road Swedish brew.

(Canned) Pours yellow to pale golden with a white medium head. The aroma holds some weak grainy and straw-like malt alongside a whisper of grassy hops. Some corn, compost and alcohol in the background. Light metallic. The flavour is light sweet and light bitter with tones of grain, hay/straw, grass/light flowers and corn. The mouthfeel is hard and watery. Dry and grainy finish. Light bodied.

Burk. Nästan provocerande anonym, märkligt omärklig. Har inga som helst kvaliteter utöver att den smakar öl. Passar utmärkt att dricka till Melodifestivalen med andra ord.

Very pale lager. Bread and cereals. Sweetish, there is a hint of bittterness here, but it gives way to a more cloying mouth feel. I can’t really figure out what they are trying to achieve.

Can 50cl. @ home.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, sugar, cabbage water notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sugar sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090130]

Watered down colour, medium white head, no lacing at all. Looks like an american macro-brew. Aroma is malty and with funky notes that I can’t describe, very unappealing. Flavour is malty, watered down and has low bitterness (even though you can find some. It has a metallic taste. Mouthfeel is a bit funky with a rather crisp feel to it. I would recommend people to stay away from this one, even though it’s cheap it is not worth the money!
