Bottle from 16th St.Liquor in West Vancouver. Pours a hazy copper, fading to amber around the edges, with a medium white head. Cherry and wild yeast aroma, lemon and citrus, with a touch of spiciness. The cherry has only a faint tartness to it, more sweet, mild lambic taste in the finish along with some banana esters. Light and fizzy on the palate.

Pours a hazy golden amber color. Massive head of off-white/tan foam that lasts and lasts. Lacing is small, super sticky, clumps. Smells of very ripe bananas, floating in apricot nectar. Very minor notes of barnyard funk. Big belgian yeastiness. Pears, apples and passionfruit. Taste is mild, but fruity. Various tree fruits, following the nose. Quite yeasty/biscuity. Tiny hint of candi sugars. Mild peppery spice notes. Alcohol warmth. Solid medium body. Not too creamy. A tad bit sharp. Smooth enough, but slightly bland. This one starts off very well. It quickly becomes just another beer, though, sadly enough. Does not stand out enough for me to search it out.

Big big red floaters with a raspberry colour. The alcohol is quite restrained. Decent head with liquorice and strawberry.

bottle thanks to boomer0813. poured an amberish orange with a white head. aroma was grains, bready, yeasty, slight orange citrus, and maybe a touch of nutmeg shell. flavor was a grainy orange citrus with some slight nutmeg spice and some cereal bread type notes. body was light with high carbonation. i didnt really care for this all that much and might end up pouring the rest down the drain.

Bottle (in NZ). I found it grainy, too simple and somewhat lacking for the strength.

I thought this was pretty good for the style. Good appearance and great flavor. The aroma wasn’t really what I expected but, oh well.
