Bottle, bought @ Tønden, Haslev.
Pours muddy red-brown with a medium, creamy off-white head. Good duration, nice lacing. Aroma is mildly fruity, lots of plums, raisins, grapes and caramel. Rather light mouthfeel, slightly creamy, Flavour is a bit mild, some oxidation, caramel, light hops. A bit unsophisticated.

Aug 20, 2008 Bottle @ de Zotte. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, fruits. Flavour is sweet and dry, bit cardboard, malts and caramel. Dry mouthfeel.

Aug 17, 2008 A small bottle at Poirot. Hazy brown reddish colour. Pale fast disappearing head. Some apple in the nose. Soft malty taste. Mild sourness. Not too sweet.

Aug 12, 2008 dark fruits dominate aroma. unclear red with light brown head, flavor dark fruits, licorice, sirup, no aged beer. faint caramel, toblerone, all the good stuff from an age one,but not the "old beer" taste. very good, reminds me of westvleteren but this one far worse balanced.

Aug 6, 2008 Sweet aroma is sugary and apple-fruity. A bit sour apple, oranges and alcohol in quite sweet flavor.

Jul 27, 2008 Bottle, from Belgianshop.com. A predictable reddish color wtih a big head. Aroma is malty, fruity, and spicey. Flavor is ok....sweet...almost too sweet. Fair, not great at all.
