Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblon floral avec une pointe d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Oct 5, 2009 Bottle at the brewery. Pours a nice golden color with a decent white head. Malty aroma with a hint of citrus and fruit. Some spice jumps out in the flavor with a hint of alcohol. Decent hit of hops too. Very nice brew.

Aug 15, 2009 Light golden color with small head. Fruity, spicy, hop aroma. Taste of vanilla, wheat, and spices. Good carbonation. Overall I liked this better since the first time I tried it. This was very similar to the RedHook Trippel except this one was thicker body.

Aug 13, 2009 Bottle from Stone purchased in late January 2009 - consumed mid August 2009. Really enjoyed this for the style. Nose was sweeter grass, nice floury yeast and very slightly powdery apple. Flavor is more of the same plus very light vanilla, delicate spice and a nice even carbonation. Reminded me of Chimay White white is a flabbergasting compliment for Stone.

Aug 8, 2009 22 oz bottle: Thanks to mreusch for this one! Thank you to Stone for brewing this, for many reasons! Clear light amber w/ a short lived white head. Peppery yeast, herbal hop, continental malt aromas. Juicy fruit gum yeast. Toasty malt as well, but mostly yeast and fermentation characteristics. Flavor is sweet up front, spicy yeast (peppery) and fruity mid palate, and drier in the fruity and peppery finish. Very well hidden alcohol, dry m/f, lighter medium body. Wow! This is a really nice beer! Aside from style, this is a good, if not quite "stylistically accurate" (but who cares) beer! I wish I had more!

Aug 2, 2009 Excellent and weird aroma of wood and cloves. Unlike any aroma I have smelled. Nice smooth tripel. Not exceedingly alcoholy. Mild with a small amount of hops.
