Strong Belgium yeast nose with some bubble gum, cinnamon, and some apple. Spicy toned yeast flavors, floral flavors, honey also. Pretty full mouth with a dry sticky finish. Enjoyable. Aroma was yeasty, banana, and wheat with some candy sugar. Big aroma that was really nice. Flavor was really drinkable with a really nice taste. Soft palate with low carbonation. Slightly sweet with a lingering after taste. Banana and candy sugar predominates. Not too wheaty. Some fruit. Generally clean flavors. Tremendous after taste. Golden yellow with a small white head. Malty with more of the bubblegum fruitiness. Clean and dry with a little more fruit in the finish. Some alcohol in there. Balanced and drinkable.
