Cask Stillage at the Boundary, Audenshaw 15/06/2002 Golden coloured and smooth on the palate. Some dryness and ginger flavour in a hop finish.

Cask Conditioned at The Holly Bush, Alcester, Warks. O.k where is it, I couldn't taste any Ginger at all. Of the 8 of us who tried it only 2 thought they could taste it. Maybe its because of the colour that it gets its silly name. In the end it is a sweet, fruity beer with a good bitterness. Otherwise its not what it says on the clip.
