Jan 17, 2008 Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 17/1/08. Deep amber with a moderate off-white head. marmalade malt aroma with a whiff of earthy hop. Sweet caramel flavour with a short bitter finish. Ok.

Dec 30, 2006 Cask conditioned at The Old Fourpenny Shop Hotel, Warwick. Orange amber with pale head. Overwhelmingly malty toffee caramel in character, smooth and somewhat sweet, all I can get is butterscotch. Average.
