Vanilla and cookie aroma. Dark dirty brown with a hint of purple. Creamy wonderful large head. Initially sweet, vanilla and some coriander, sparkling. Long sweet finish.

May 18, 2004 An unclear brown beer with a fine orange collapsing head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices; coriander and cinnamon. The flavor is just like the aroma combined with some sourness.
