Commercial Description:
A traditional all malt beer, fermented in the traditional German method with a long cold storage. Quite full-bodied with a big malt start, balanced with quite a high bitterness and hop flavour and a dry finish. The Lager has a hoppy, aromatic, and sometimes honeyish nose. No added sugar, preservatives or chemicals; unfiltered and unpasteurised. Available in 780ml champagne style bottles. Should be consumed within 3 weeks of bottling.

Slightly hazy orangey/golden colour with a medium size white head. Grainy aroma. Taste was good, more malt,a touch of citrus, some banana at the end and a good mouthfeel.

What a solid around larger! Nice clear golden apperence. Looks inviting in the glass and doesn’t dissapoint on the palate. Light subtle fruitness with smooth munich malt taste. Just the thing for a sunday afternoon. Prefer it the the bock as it just a lttle more novel. Wouldnt say it breaks the mold, just a bit surprising.

Draught, at the Australian Hotel, Sydney.
Golden with a nice smooth fluffy white head. Feral organic larger aroma with honey and rustic hop notes. Some smooth, lightly roasted malt notes as well. A good drop that I wish I could have had more of but the volume of choice was against me.

A one-month shelf life? No worries there. A cloudy and tasty drop, and if youre ever in Sydney, swing by the Australian Hotel and you can get it on tap. Mother's milk! Spanner.

slightly cloudy golden color, citrusy nose. Fresh full flavour with a lot of malt, maybe a bit too sweet. goes down easy.

Had this at the australian in sydney and found it to be a aley lager with a good amount of fruit and body. a little oversweet if anything but went down well. A good little brew.
