Apr 30, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Clear dark golden colour, almost copper. Big stable rocky white head. Weak aroma, perhaps a bit og grain. The flavour is nicely malty, slightly dusty. Good aroma hop not and mild, slightly astringent, but cleansing bitterness. Too low carbonation.

Aug 21, 2007 Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Clear golden coloured, small, but persistent white fluffy head; distinctive sweet-malty, a bit buttery, and aromatic hoppy nose; solid sweet-bitter flavour; aromatic bitter finish with a tinge of noble hops. Really pleasant stuff............

Aug 5, 2007 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big blond foamy head. Moderately sweet, soft grainy aroma with citrus and hay-like, herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium carbonation with a smooth and mellow carbonation. Soft malty, grainy base with light herbal notes; medium-dry, sweet-bitter finish with a quite low hops level. Very mild Pilsener, but anyway a pleasant beer.
