Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin white head. Interesting aroma of citrus with strong, moldy yeast. Good flavor of yeast, citrus, some spices. The body is medium with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation. This is a nicely done tripel.

Bright gold colour with thin head. Dry flavour. A little spicy but lacking any great depth of flavour.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy pale golden with a creamy, lacing head. Spicy aroma with a lot of coriander. Coriander flavours, good bitterness balancing the sweet malty base. Full-bodied. Quite nice, even if one-dimensional.

Bottle, 33 cl. Yesterday @ home, bought Willems. Hazy dark golden color, with white head. Aroma fruits, little spice, yeast, hops. Medium body. Taste sweet/fruity start, some coriander, bitterhops finish. Good, regular tripel.
