Unclear medium amber brown color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dusty, light to moderate yeasty, cheese, dried prune - apricots. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (110708) Habanero (489), Tranbjerg, Denmark Sep 6, 2008 Bottle, Pours hazy cobber-brown with a nice tan head, mostly dimnishing. Malty nose with caramel, yeast and brown sugar. Sweet flavour with caramel, malt and dried fruit. Medium to full bodied. Slightly bitter finish. A realy nice brew
