Tried at Wildeman. A maibock-like flavor profile. Very nice, with a solid hoppy afterbite.

Sep 21, 2008 TFODRBSG08 Courtesy of thewolf. It’s hazy golden with a creamy head. The aroma has sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, fruit and a little citrus. The flavour has quite a lot of sweetness, notes of malt, light and dark fruits, among others raisin and citrus and some candy sugar. I like it, but it’s a beet too sweet.

Pours golden with a small, creamy, white head. Small floaties in the liquid. Aroma has good yeasty notes, lightly vinious feel and great fruitiness from oranges and red apples. Great, creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit one-dimensional, and perhaps a bit too sweet. There is lots of fruit in here, but it tends towards sweetness rather than tartness.
