Aug 3, 2003 This is the way i envision light beer's being made nice golden color small head quickly fading.The taste was mild with hops malt rice and what ever else a macro would put in but in this case i'd have to say they did a decent job of doing this one.Light feel and taste with a very mild after taste that makes this a highly drinkable brew for those hot days.I'm glad i have a few more for later.

Sep 16, 2007 Had on 9/14/1999. Color is a pale gold with very good carbonation. Aroma reminds me of Coors. Body is light and finish is a little sweet.

Nov 27, 2001 Lite beer is a bad style, but this is a fine example. It is clean, crisp, clear, and actually has an Ok hop nose. As far as lite beer goes, I would put it up next to Coors.

Feb 28, 2006 Pours a light golden yellow. Aromas of minor hops, corn, grains. Flavor is light, crisp, watery with a little hop and a touch of bitterness in the finish.

Oct 14, 2002 Actually a non-rancid tasting light beer. Hops are detectable, malt flavor shows some corn, but not objectionable.

Feb 8, 2005 Updated: Jun 6, 2005Standard light American lager. Nothing to offend, though, so that’s good. Looks decent from the tap, holds its head. Probably my favorite American light lager, for what that’s worth.

Nov 6, 2007 Tried a sample and I guess it is OK. If I were forced to drink a light beer I would drink this one. Corny light flavor that has a sweet watery finish. Schells has too many other great prodcuts to waste time drinking this.

Dec 18, 2006 They serve this at Bock Fest I believe, but im guessing they do that purely for the pussies and chicks that dont want to drink bock. I did sample it, and for a light beer it is drinkable, but why drink this when Schell has so many other tasty options!
