Pours orange with pink/red hues and small, rimming off-white head. Nose is bubblegum and PEZ candies, slight apple and some floral and citrus. Taste is fruity, apple, cherry and citrus with lemony notes, caramel sweetness, slight maltiness and a decent bitterness with dry bitter finish. Tasty pale ale, even if its a bit fruity. nqualls (1428), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 28, 2008 On tap. Pours a penny colored amber copper. Creamy white white and a real nice lacing. Lots of hop smell, fresh is a good word to describe it. Flowery, grassy, spicy, fruity. Medium bodied and a very dry finish. Tastes like a bitter flower with loads of hoppiness. Breadlike almost. The taste of this beer reminded me of a waterfall in that it was pretty smooth and subtle at the beginning, but exploded with taste and dropped off the tongue very quickly. A really good, really interesting take on an APA. Ceebs25 (241), Naperville, Illinois, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 28, 2008 On tap at the Flying Saucer in KC (another big thanks to Pawola). Fresh, grassy straw hop, some pale malt in the aroma. Good white bubble head, pretty lacing, amber copper in color. Bitter flower hop immediately, overall pretty one sided on the hoppy side, interesting for an apa, some standard pale malt in there though, prickling at times, light body. The beer made me happy, can’t complain at the moment. Naka (526), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 27, 2008 Thanks to Juart. Pours a hazy golden red/orange color with a foamy off-white head. A little lacing. Aroma of cotton candy, golden raisins, and a little pine. The flavor has some malty over-ripe fruit, toffee, and slight nuttiness. The mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Leaves a nice bitterness on the tongue, despite the overall flavor being kind of light on the hops. Beerman6686 (1292), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma was spicey hops with some floral and fruity notes. Flavor was very well balanced of hops and malts with a nice bitter kick in the swallow. very good APA. daknole (3000), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 2, 2008 Bottle, thanks strykzone. And boy a big thanks. This is an underrated brew. An awesome amber pour with a nice big white head. A great floral aroma hits you with some green pepper and malty sniffs as well. The flavor doesnt bite you with hops but you can taste them with delicacy. The malt is sweet and the carbonation is nice. A really good beer. Pastor (509), Maine, USA

Bottle poured a good finger worth of head that lasted; it just slides down the glass as you drink the brew. The amber orange body color looks awesome in my pint glass
Aromas citrus hops and bread yeast not much malts in the mix, light if any
This brew taste great I say it is the best APA I have tried just the right amount of malt sweetness and hop bitters to make it extremely well balanced I wish I had a pizza to go along with this one. Medium body great carbonation as well
Highly drinkable APA this brew is a must try in my book. Very enjoyable glad I started of with this one today
