From a wickedly cold icy tomb rises a mountainous froth that just sits there. A waxy apricot color and superb lacing. Strong aromas of fresh crispy citrus rind but it dissipates after a while. Full nectar with mellow carbonation creating a dense milky texture. A fat caramel malt backbone delivers a fresh load of snappy citrus with a bit of biscuiting. Beautifully balanced with a snappy finish. A really tasty brew. rederic (1811), montréal, Quebec, Canada
