Bottle back from nashville. Decently tasty pale where the dry hopping is a hop lovers dream. Pours a cloudy orange with a decent white head. Aroma of pine and grapefruit hops. Flavor is bitter hops, a lot of fruit including apple and grapefruit, and a bitter hop finish. More hopped up than your sraight up Pale with a little bit more malt profiie and body.

Bottle. I thought there might be a little more hop flavor to this. Nice nose with a poor balnce of hoppiness. Goes down smooth but not much else to this.

Bottle pour-at home. I had this beer as Schlafly Expedition Reserve- in honor of Lewis and Clark. I’ve been informed by this site that this is the same beer. This beer offers an improvement on the very good Schlafly Pale Ale. A deep, satisfying hops boquet really made this beer stand out.

Full creamy white head and amber color. Lots of lacing. Rich robust aroma of grapefruit, flowers and spruce. Well balanced between hefty Cascade hops and caramel malts and smooth lively carbonation. Nice lingering finish on the tongue. Very quaffable. An excellent APA.

Beautiful clearish deep golden/light amber. Superb white foamy cover, lasting and lacing. Fresh, wholesome pine, spruce and flowery hops in the aroma. More pale malt than crystal which makes it very drinkable despite the body being medium in size. Not heavily bitter, but more than an average APA, though it grows a fruitiness in mouth that complements it nicely. I don’t smell any citrus, but there’s a fair grapefruit nose in mouth, almost juicy and the smooth, albeit active carbonation does not alterate the feeling.

A very nice Pale ale, tons of citrus hop flavor, TONS of head with (you guessed it) TONS of lace. A pleasure to drink, and it smells like hops too!

Pours copper, clear, with a medium off-white head. Nose is strong floral and pine hops. Flavor is of muted malts with a strong hops character, mostly floral and grassy. Mild to moderate bitterness. Long hops aftertaste. Palate is very slightly oily. This is good - don’t be afraid of the dry-hopping, it adds hops nose and complexity in the flavor.

Tap at Schlafly Bottleworks. Copper color with a creamy white head. Aromas of sweet malt and floral hops. Medium body with medium carbonation. It is incredibly fruity. With some caramel undernotes. Finishes fruity bitter, but so fruity the bitter is hardly noticeable. Incredible ale.
