Commercial Description:
An American Pale Ale style that is dry-hopped and wet-hopped. The wet hops include Amarillo hops and the dry hops include Amarillo, Sorachi Ace, and Cascade hops. These hops combine to give it a very floral hop aroma with touches of many different kinds on citrus. (5.4% ABV 44IBUs)

Pours bright golden yellow with a good sized off-white head. The aroma has big hoppy pininess, citrus and light lemon. There is mild toasted malt. Very unique and great aroma. Medium / thick grainy body with some sharp carbonation. The flavor starts off with spicy hops, some lemoniness, pine and a nice malty smoothness for balance. The finish continues with the mix of smoothness and hoppiness. Great beer for the Fresh Hop Fest. Hopefully this is made again.

Tasted 10/23/09. Multiple drafts from the brewpub. Hazy with a golden hue. Clinging, lacing bone white head. Aromas of grassy and fresh hops. Spicy note with a hint of tangerine. Medium bodied with a bright palate. Grassy and fresh hops with just enough bitterness to remind you what you were drinking. Blast of citrus with a tangy finish. Super fresh!

(draught - Fresh Hop Ale Festival) gold/amber with generous head and some lace. Big citrus aroma. Flavor was citrus/grapefruit hops with a solid malt backbone. Although many of the beers at the festival had more IBUs, this tasted really hoppy.
