Bottled. Orange-amber. Strong, hoppy grapefruit aroma. Very malty with dense, clean mouthfeel, Still a bit young and raw. Biting bitterness. Similar to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, but with more malt.

Bottled on 9/27/07: Pours a transparent amber bronze with a thin-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of lightly sweet crystal malt and a big orange grapefruity hop presence. Body starts with a nice pale malty sweetness balanced with crisp, resiny citrus hops toward a bittersweet drier clean finish. Very drinkable without lacking in flavor or body. A good APA.

Light hazy copper with a creamy off-white head. The aroma has notes of diactyl, sweet malts and some algae with hops. The flavor is a little bitter with some musky hop notes and earthyness. The finish is tangy & citrusy with a little more bitter finish, not too balanced.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with TannerTavernboys (thanks!). Bottle labeled ’brewed with love on Sep 13 2006’. Poured a darker amber color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of toasted malts, citrus, and light caramel. Tastes of caramel, oranges, and light grapefruit.
