Appearance: Pours a dull orange-copper body with a wispy, off-white head. Smell: A pungent, leafy hop aroma with a hefty dose of grapefruit. Vague, underlying maltiness. Taste: Starts with a thin, short-lived caramel malt flavor with only a mild sweetness. Next up is the citrusy grapefruit hoppiness. Finishes citric with a moderate bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Another decent brew from Schlafly.

Pours a slightly hazy golden bronze with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma has a good fresh grapefruity hoppiness and some toasty, lightly sweet caramel malt. Body starts with a nice malty sweetness and good, fresh grapefruity bittering and flavor hoppy balance. A nice, enjoyable IPA.
