The carbonation for this beer is crazy, very high and the head remains full throughout the tasting. Aroma has a very sweet caramel note, lots of spicy aromas and a smooth bready yeast note. Flavor has a grainy start that quickly moves into a sweet caramel and fruity sweetness, a lot of yeasty estery notes and a pretty modest alcohol presence at the end. Moderate density and the very high carbonation really make this brew feel great in your mouth. Overall a great brew and tasty brew that really hits the spot. ajwilliams (118), , Indiana, USA
