Sep 17, 2009 #600 Rating - 750mL bottle. Pours a clear orange, golden color with a 2-inch off-white head. The carbonation for this beer is crazy, very high and the head remains full throughout the tasting. Aroma has a very sweet caramel note, lots of spicy aromas and a smooth bready yeast note. Flavor has a grainy start that quickly moves into a sweet caramel and fruity sweetness, a lot of yeasty estery notes and a pretty modest alcohol presence at the end. Moderate density and the very high carbonation really make this brew feel great in your mouth. Overall a great brew and tasty brew that really hits the spot.

Sep 3, 2009 Standard golden pour with a big thick head. Aroma is all Belgian yeast. Flavor is SPICY, with some citrus and yeast along for the ride. Not exactly what I expected, but very interesting and tasty.

Aug 16, 2009 Bottle sampled at Noogfest High 5 thanks to Butters. Poured amber with a tall frothy off-white head. Aromas of yeast, spice, and hints of fruit. The flavor found bready yeast, spice, and light malts. Medium body.

Poured hazy light brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate complex tart citrus yeasty aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet yeasty flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish and small alcohol bite of moderate duration.
Good brew.
