The aroma has pale malt, a bit of sweetness, minor dough and punchy sharp hoppiness that has lots of spiciness and fruitiness. Medium / light crisp biting body with effervescent carbonation. The flavor begins with clean spicy and grassy hops with some clean pils malt in the back - very clean an bright. The finish has a touch of sulfur, lots of spicy hops and a bit of pear-like sweetness. Finger width of thick white head. Aromas of faint grains and green hops. Mild nose. Light to medium bodied with a crisp, fresh palate. Good effervescence with a tingling palate. Good dose of hops in the finish. Subtle citrus undertones. Hits the bitter part of the tongue. Solid with a good body!
