(draught - bottleworks) Light golden yellow with nice white head and a little lace. Aroma of light malt and crisp hops/hay. Flavor is light malt, a hint of sweetness, with a stiff pils grassy/citrus hop backbone. Good palate. Nice pils.

Pours clean golden yellow with a pillowy white head. The aroma has pale malt, a bit of sweetness, minor dough and punchy sharp hoppiness that has lots of spiciness and fruitiness. Medium / light crisp biting body with effervescent carbonation. The flavor begins with clean spicy and grassy hops with some clean pils malt in the back - very clean an bright. The finish has a touch of sulfur, lots of spicy hops and a bit of pear-like sweetness. A fantastic example of a hoppy pils.

Aroma is hay, pils malt, and hops. Taste is biscuit, hay, citrus, and spicy pine. Mouthfeel is full and clean. Crisp, earthy, minty, dry, with a little sugar. The bitterness lingers. Wow. This is a well-crafted pils.

Tasted 10/17/09. Draft from The Bottleworks. Filtered with a golden hue. Finger width of thick white head. Aromas of faint grains and green hops. Mild nose. Light to medium bodied with a crisp, fresh palate. Good effervescence with a tingling palate. Good dose of hops in the finish. Subtle citrus undertones. Hits the bitter part of the tongue. Solid with a good body!
