12 oz. bottle - pale, straw gold with thin white head; stale, light wheat and rice aromas; soft texture is kind of fizzy; lemons and yeast; pretty decent overall though everything did seem quite stale

Bottle. Pours a pale golden body with a white head. Grain and some mild floral hop tones. A hint of citrus and a good and bitter finish. Decent brew.

On tap at Schlafly Bottleworks on 9-5-09. Deep golden in color, very clean/clear, low white head that sits atop it. Aroma has a lot of grassy Noble hops with a great deep, pils graininess. Flavor matches the aroma with a strong grassy presence, very very light spicy notes, lots of pils malt along with some light toasted malt and a slight sour ending. Mouth feel is pretty spot on with a great density and a moderately heavy carbonation rate. Overall a fine piisner and one that is an easy drink with no corn flavor of the macros. Great for those friends of yours who only drink macros but of a higher quality you would want to see them drinking.

Thanks to mphopkins99 for sending this bottle my way. Bottle pored into a Pilsener Glass produced a two finger big fluffy white head. The body of the brew was clear straw colored yellow with a ton of tiny bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. I smell fresh cut grass and some fresh hops whit a slight sourness to it as well. The brew is light and crisp, with some great hoppiness to it but balanced with some sweet grainy malt. Easy to drink I could session this A good Pills better than the other one that comes from that town ;-)

Bottle. Slightly hazy pale gold body with a fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing. Nice bready malt aroma with hints of toasted grain, grass and lemon. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter and a bit acidic. Dry. Medium body with a smooth texture that finishes between crisp and chewy because of the lively carbonation. Maybe a bit too sweet for a pilsner, but the balance of flavors is very good. A very enjoyable lager.

Pours straw gold with a nice white head. Aroma is grassy and lightly citrusy. Flavor is bready grassy malts with a light clean crisp bitter finish. Not a bad easy summer drinker.

Poured a hazy straw color, little to no head, good retention of what’s left. flavor is mostly malts, a bit of alchohol, with a nice bit of dryness on the end. Not much bitterness, for the style. Not bad at all.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color, with small soapy white head. Malt and corn aroma. Flavor is very, very malty. Pretty good pilsener, though not a great style in and of itself.
