Light to medium bodied with tight effervescence. Tart with citrus notes. Nice fruity mix to a solid base beer. Mild tart cherry character. Mild and sweet and smooth. Easy and smooth with a potentialy high drinkability. Overall, tart, grainy and slightly above decent. Light aromas of raspberry and wheat. Flavor is much the same. Nose of raspberry as you would expecdt, and some grassy hops. Somewhat fizzy mouthfeel. Taste is like barley malt and dried raspberries. Mouthfeel is medium fizzy. Finish is like dry and salted raspberry fruit. emacgee (1129), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA Aug 1, 2008 Pours a pale hazy peach color with a two finger creamy pink head. The nose is sweet, raspberry syrup, wheaty, a bit sour. The flavor is sweet, a little tart, raspberry syrup here too, wheat and a light sourness. The palate is clean with little carbonation.
