Pours a crystal clear light copper with a thin off-white head. The nose is a muted but pleasant bready malt with a light floral hop note in support. The palate is light+bodied and thin with a moderately dry finish. The flavor is of slightly sweet, bready malt ending with a light touch of bittering hops. A nice example of the style.

Pours light copper with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet caramel that is very clean with good toast and hazelnut traits. The body is clean, crisp and light with sharp carbonation. The taste is spot on with the aroma along with some spice showing up on the finish. This is quite good for the style.

On tap at the Tap Room, bright amber-orang color, with a small white head, toasted, faint caramelized malt nose, with a biscuity dough accent, some floral hop orangey, citrusy aromas follow through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, toasty, caramel malt, zesty, orange hop fruity character, with some citrus flowery hop bitter accents, leading towards a malty, hop citrusy, dry finish.

Medium brown color with a nice white head. Plenty of hop and some unroasted barley. A bit of hop as well. A light Octoberfest? Well, maybe without all the spices. This one is more straightforward. Enjoyable.

Pour is a brown with a foamy white head. Aroma is a nice dose of caramel malts. Flavor is decent with some of the malts and enough hop character to keep this lively. A decent enough beer.

Tasted 3/29/08. On draft from the Tap Room. Filtered with a deep amber hue. Layer of white head. Mild grainy nose. Rather cold, but better than most places. Fresh! So fresh! Mild to medium bodied with smooth light malts. Tight carbonation. Tight moderately hoppy finish. Good bread flavor. Typical Schlafly house yeast character. Coating. Typically a light O’Fest. Slight sweet vanilla undertone. Slight bitterness. Tasty!

Draught at Schlafly Brewery. Poured reddish amber with thick head. Aroma slightly malty with some citrus fruits. Taste was similar. Nothing outstanding about this beer, but it is very drinkable, medium bodied, and balanced.

Aroma is slightly hoppy, sweet malty. Pours a dark honey brown color with nice lacing. Taste is slightly sweet, malty, very small touch of hops. Very solid for the style.
