The aroma is of light to medium straw-like, white bready and grainy malt. There is also some light to medium grassy and light herbal/spicy hops in the background alongside some “green” undertones of asparagus, celery and mild citrus (mild orange peel and mild lemon). Some yeasty tones are also present. The flavour is near medium malty and light to medium hoppy with tones of straw, grass, herbs, spices and nettles alongside a touch of mild citrus, mostly oranges but with an ending of lemon and lime. The mouthfeel is quite soft and creamy with a light juicy touch. Light to medium carbonated. Medium light sweet and bitter palate. Light barnyard, grass, and barley malt aroma. Coludy orange-yellow color with moderate head. Grassy barnyard and barley malt flavor with moderate grassy hops finish. A nice hoppy Keller.
