Bottled(500ml). -Pale golden coloured, huge white head, grassy nose. Malty, weak hoppy and hay taste with some unpleasant metallic notes. Rather watery palate and bitterish finish. Below average märzen.

500ml bottle @mums. Looks beautiful. Golden colour, perfect condition, little bubbles rising from my (not so perfectly clean) glass, good steady white fluffy head. Light hoppy almost grassy aroma. very light in taste and a bit bitter almost pils-like. very refreshing and smooth mouth feel. excellent maerzen.

Bottle. A golden beer with a big white head. The aroma is of malt and hay, the taste is light sweet malty, grassy and of straw. Medium body with a light sweet, dry finish.

I agree that it’s "particularly light"...has a fairly dry, grassy finish with a hint of pineapple, otherwise it’s amazingly thin and pale. I admit that it’s refreshing, but I didn’t think Marzens were supposed to be so light and bitter. It says it’s not for export but I got it right here at Smokeless, ha!

Bottled:
Light golden color, big foamy head, much carbonation. Light sweet and light bitter. Light sharp, metallic aftertaste. All in all quite tastelee. Boring Märzen.
