Oct 30, 2005 Golden beer with a head that diminished quickly. Sweet malty aroma with spicy yeastiness. Toffeeish sweetness. Soft, medium to full body. Not extraordinary, but quite enjoyable.

Oct 23, 2005 A yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is metallic combined with notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel leading to a slightly dry metallic end. The flavor is a lot better than the aroma - though still only average.

Oct 5, 2005 Pours a very clear pale golden with a medium white head. Lightly herbal, grassy nose with a touch of sweet wort. Flavor has notes of grain, grass, hay, bread, caramel and noble hops. Pleasantly sweet and malty. Has a definitive, ample (yet smooth) hop presence which balances out the flavor quite nicely. Ends with the slightest twinge of alcohol. Medium bodied with a very smooth and creamy texture and medium carbonation. No lacing but good head retention. I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would.
