330ml bottle. Shared by Tranquillity - thanks! Pale gold, thin head. Grassy, lime and lemonade aroma. Taste is that of a harsh and a drying hop extract.

Poured from can. Rich golden color with slight head. Hoppy, metallic smell. Proclaims to be the King of Hops, and that’s what you get. Oh, plus the slight tang of metal, but that could be from the can. I’ve had this out of the bottle as well, but I can’t recall whether or not it was better. Not a terrible beer, but nothing to write home about.

330ml can from a Billa Supermarket in Wien. Straw coloured body topped by a white foamy head. Hay and grass to the nose. Some candy sweetness in the taste with fruity hops in a rather short tail. Moderate mouthfeel (04.12.2007).

Typical low grade pilsner. Poured to a light gold with a little skim of a white head and little lacing. Nose was faint and grainy, mouthfeel flat, and the flavor followed the nose. To top it off was a short stale finish. Pass on this one.

12 oz. bottle. Clear yellow with a small white head. Undistinguished aroma with some grassiness and slightly skunky. Light body, somewhat watery, medium carbonation. Flavor was unremarkable as well, with a very dry, bitter finish. Even though this was oxidized, I don’t think it would be dramatically better fresh. Disappointing.

(50 cl can purchased in Austria) Clear pale yellow look, white head. Weak sweet malty scent. Malty taste, a bit on the full side. A slight hint of metal just after swallowed. Medlium mouthfeel and medium bitterness. Quite ok when you get pass the scent that’s a bit boring.

Struck me as a fairly undistinguished pils I could be caught eating a doener kebab with in a German train station. Palatable minerality with normal carbonation and hop bite. Ganz typisch.
