[At Fete de la Biere 2004, Lausanne] A hazy yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty. The flavor is sweet and wheat sour. The body is thin and the beer is boring.

Hazy blond color. Just a bit smoother than the unfiltered Pils; otherwise ordinary. Quite bitter, but shorter finish.

Hazy golden body topped by a fairly large white head. Aroma is mild sweet, grassy, light bready. Taste is medium sweet, lemon, some bread, light grassy. Watery light body with minimal carbonation.

Bottle sampled on 1/20/07: Pours a hazy golden bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly floral Hallertauer hops with some sweet Munich malt. Body starts faintly sweet and pale malty with a nice hop bitterness for balance. A very drinkable and interesting brew.

Crystal clear, yellow lager with a medium-sized, fluffy, white head. Good retention; excellent lacework. The nose is of butterscotch and straw. Well-balanced flavor with notes of clover and lemon peel. Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Short, clean finish.

At Brickskeller, Wash DC, 9/2/05: Clear yellow ... poofy head. Soapy with a nasty nose. Very flowery and sweettart-like. Very different, flourishing candy-toned beer. Somehow good.

Pours a slightly hazed blond with a medium white head. Nose is European hops and malt. Seemingly standard for a European beer of this type. The taste is very pilsnener-ish. There is definite malt and hops but a hint of yeast as well. Some citrus in there, I think, also. Smooth but not overwhelming. Worth trying.

Bottled(500ml). -this beer was pleasant surprise for me, hazy yellow coloured with nice white head, taste is very similar to hefe-weissbier, yeasty and fruity with some malt, nice and clear finish
