Pours a clear gold with an average size lasting white head. Aroma: Yuck! Oily, skunky hops with sugar, vegetables, straw and corn -- not nice. Flavour: Argh, this tastes awful! Sweet and skunky with corn, straw and bad hops. Light bodied. This is friggin’ awful stuff, I hated it. Lubiere (4536), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 19, 2007 Bottle. BB 12-2006. A lightly hazed golden lager. Very skunk in initial smell, leading into a rather grassy malt aroma. In mouth, a rather chalky malty beverage, with no spirit of hemp whatsoever, tasteslike your run of the mill german lager. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 16, 2007 Bottle shared with HogTownHarry & blankboy - my bottle. Pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is pretty skunky to start, but it clears fairly quickly, and leaves notes of dry straw and sharp herbs. Thin body. Standard pale lager flavour - nothing awful, just fairly bland. Not sure where the hemp comes into it. Meh. HogTownHarry (4020), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 16, 2007 Bottle (330ml). Shared with blankboy and GregClow, GregClow’s bottle. Poured bright oily clear pale gold, small quickly gone white head. Pungent almost sour hop aroma, sweet, lightly grainy - very sugary, like sweetened crushed mint (it’s not skunked - just hop character). Taste is boring - grain, hemp (I guess), sugar, sour hops - just not my thing. Light lager body, mild astringency and carbonation - odd pungent aftertaste. Not all that good but Lord I’ve had way more shit beers from Québec. Not offensive. SudsMcDuff (1693), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Oct 24, 2006 Mild skunkiness blows off revealing a light strawlike aroma with some citrus and grainy notes. Lightly hazy blonde body is topped by a decent though fizzy white head that recedes rapidly to a partial cover. Grainy malts with some corn character (especially in the aftertaste) and a light, grassy hop/hemp character. Medium bitterness lingers. Light body with strong carbonation and watery texture. Corn builds in the flavour as it warms. Tulip glass. Fridge temperature. Clear bottle (BB12-2006, Bièropholie, Aug-06). CapFlu (3483), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
