Jun 8, 2007 tap at the brewery..translucent amber body with minimal white head..aroma is very grassy and herbal..typical pilsener like body that gives rise to a very grassy/earth-based citrus flavor profile..not at all bad

May 30, 2007 On tap at Schmohz. Hazy yellow-orange body, thin buff head. Grassy, biscuity aroma with appropriate sweetness. Decent flavor profile, with cookie and lemon, paired with grassy hops. Somewhat metallic. Long, earthy hops finish. Light but not watery. A quaffable pilsener.

Apr 11, 2007 Draft sample at Schmohz. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Medium sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium bitter flavor with a Medium bitter finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.
