Aroma is sazz piney, grassy and lightly lemon, estery note off the yeast, pale and biscuity malts. Taste has alot going on, biscuity, peppery, the yeasty is giving all sorts of things, but quite a dry finish. Very interesting unfiltered pils, not very often i get the chance to have an unfiltered an top quility pils in Glasgow. cinagro (1), Newmarket, Australia does not count | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 3, 2008 Clear notes of grapefruit with a long lasting palate and refreshing finish. The aroma is even with malt and herbal-peppery hops. There is also hint of sulphur, graininess and lemon in the nose. Dryish malty and hoppy flavor. Dry minerals, peppery hops, restrained bitterness and hint of tartness in the finish. Good somewhat different pilsner. MesandSim (5851), London, Greater London, England

Pale yellow and very hazy with a decent and lasting white head. Lovely milky hop aroma and some slight yeast and sugar. Similar flavour with a creamy and bitter finish. Balanced and not at all metaillic or cardboardy. Ok, a tiny bit of card but it’s really not a spoiler. Not really 100% to style but vey enjoyable. tomthompson89 (1488), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
