Commercial Description:
It's a gold coloured, full tasting Vollbier with a harmonic aftertaste. Using the finest aromatic hop sorts is a piquant and pleasant bitterness is achieved.

25 cl. transparent bottle. Pale golden colour, with a correct head that dissapears quickly. Grainy hop smell of herbs, with maybe some flowers, and some malt. On mouth feels carbonated, but watery. Hops, bread, without losiong the malt. Refreshing beerm but not much more.

Bottle: Grainy metallic nose, pale golden coloured, lacing stable head; very faint sweetish flavour, light bodied, that’s understood; delicate sweetish-bitter finish with an illusion of a citrousy fruitiness. Well, er, a Kindergarten-Bier..........

On tap. Clear light golden in colour with a medium white head. Very sterile. Maybe traces of hops and malty. But very weak.

(clear 25 cl bottle) Clear golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Very grainy and dry aroma with traced of herbal hops. Dry malty and grainy initial taste, light bodied, moderately carbonated, slightly bitter hoppy finish. Clean but boring brew. Too light bodied for my taste, but not unharmonic.
