Unclear medium yellow orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, phenoel, rubber, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Flavour was yeasty with wheat and hints of fruits. Finished sweet. MiP (8793), Sønderborg, Denmark Oct 21, 2009 Bottle, 5.0%. Citric aroma with a bit of fat fruitiness. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is OK citric with a bit of clean yeast and fruit. Has a bit of band aid in the finish, but it is not really a problem. Ungstrup (14754), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 21, 2009 Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, banana, and bread, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing. Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 21, 2009 Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy golden with a rock solid white head leaving laces. Yeasty and phenollic nose with some banana accents. Thin body, cloves, yeast and banana. Dry finish. 211009 kappldav123 (1790), Markkleeberg, Germany Feb 9, 2009 The bottle looks like all Schmucker-bottles. The beer in the glass is okay, very turbid. The beer starts mild, modest fruity, very yeasty. A bit like peach, not too sourish. Very drinkable and good hefeweizen!
