Bottle:Cloudy, golden to orangey coloured, lively carbonation with a medium-sized firm off-white head; solid sweetish citrus-fruity nose, combined with a liitle - yeasty and zesty - tartness; moderate sweetish-fruity flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; faint traces of hops and tart flavours in the sweet wheaty-fruity finish. Decent stuff.......

Unclear medium yellow orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, phenoel, rubber, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091021]

Oct 21, 2009 Bottle, 5.0%. Citric aroma with a bit of fat fruitiness. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is OK citric with a bit of clean yeast and fruit. Has a bit of band aid in the finish, but it is not really a problem.

Feb 9, 2009 The bottle looks like all Schmucker-bottles. The beer in the glass is okay, very turbid. The beer starts mild, modest fruity, very yeasty. A bit like peach, not too sourish. Very drinkable and good hefeweizen!
